Return of documents.

dear Experts,
i have filed case suit per perpetual injunction on behalf of the plaintiff and and got an ad-interim injunction order in favor of the plaintiff. where in i filed the Pattadar Passbook and Title Deed along with other documents on behalf of the plaintiff showing the possession on the date filing the case.the case is still pending for disposal not yet commenced the trail.Now the the plaintiff wants to have the Pattadar Passbook and Title Deed for the showing the bank manager to avail a loan for two days.Court is refusing to return the documents stating that still the case is pending.kindly give me a suitable advice in this regard. thank you sirs.

Petitioner can file an application to get back the same with undertaking to return the original whenever it will be required.

In the petition, it can also be mentioned that these are required to produce before the Bank while seeking a loan for rising crops and in the absence it will affect the livelihood; and also with an undertaking that these will be deposited once the purpose is over.
