What exactly you want?
Biswanath Roy (Expert) 19 April 2014
If you are aggrieved with the order of the court you may prefer an Appeal against it highlighting that the investigation report has been ignored, neglected and as such the court below was not considered the entirety of material facts and that further caused injustice.
T. Kalaiselvan, Advocate (Expert) 20 April 2014
What is your query?, if the defacto complainant has preferred an appeal, wait for the outcome.
Advocate Ramesh (Expert) 21 April 2014
In general prosecution side alone prefer appeal, If they are not preferred appeal, then complainant can file appeal as privately
