Dear Sir/madam,
my client against filed a case 498-A 306 r/w 34 IPC, 3 of D.P. Act.
he Married with his relatives at anantapur, AP after marriage he lived with parents, Brother and his wife in bellary, Karnataka, for few months after she left for her parents house and reason supplmentary of puc 2nd year exams prepation and attempt. after she refused to return back her husband home and not respond to her husband. so our clint maximum tried to she return back and finally issued a Legal notice October month to all Police stations at Karnataka and Anantapur and his wife &her parents, but his wife & her parents refused to receive the notice returned back.
after two months legal Notice(November month) she filed a case in anantapur mahila police station, anantapur, false complaint filed a case and quarreled by her husband, mother-in-law, brothers-in-law, ather parents house, anantapur
not a question arises to quarrel with her wife at her parents house because our client ready to fight legally so issued a legal notice to her wife before two months.
what is remedy for this case please suggest about this case.

Quashing will not be allowed on this ground alone. The court at most may transfer the case to proper police station but not quash it.
First take bail and then think of other measures.

Agree with the expert, first take the bail and proceed with the case on merits. Engage a competent local lawyer. Such cases have low rate of prosecution even procedure has to be followed.

Dear sir/madam
very thankful for given suggestions,
after he suffered and taken bail but she refused to living with husband house and she demanding amount for return back by case. and she started the maintenance case. and she interested only money minded but she given a false complaint bt not taken any step against her if any chances to take the against for false compliant. its possible to she complaint Andhra Pradesh which is her parent house and her relative police officer and after marriage she lived in Karnataka with her husband house only, the jurisdiction applicable in a.P.
so unnecessary suffering by the innocent of my client and his house members without any involved offence and she misused the powers. and not healthy by his mother very difficult to attend the court at anantapur, A.p.
sorry for any mistakes from me because i started newly practicing of law
