What is the procedure to appoint a srilankan refugee as a servant in my home.

Sir, i am a paraplegic, i cant able to walk. I am searching for a care taker for me, now a person (sri lankan refugee) is ready to work as a care giver for me, he dont have indian citizenship, ration card, but he is living in tamil nadu for the past 21 years.. What are the legal requirements needed to appoint him as my caregiver? Can i appoint him as a caregiver for me?

before appointing refugee as servant you need police verification to be done . employ him only after police verification . if you are staying in cooperative society give details of refugee along with his photograph for society records

better ask him to get a police verification and certificate from UNHCR from being a refugee, there's no harm in employing him but you may fall into trouble if he does anything wrong.
