Minor property - treasury department interlocutory matter

In a Case where minor's property was placed in the treasury under a Custodian Appointed by the Court.
Minor having attaining majority has no papers relating to this property or that fact treasury related material. All legal papers lost / stolen by relatives. No parents have survived.
On visiting Treasury Department they are showing unofficial records and declaring in writing that no deposit was made by the concerned.
How to extract information from the Treasury Department?
