As per Bombay Tenancy and Agricultural Lands Act,1948 one land ad-measuring 30 gunthas owns by one person and that person's name is comes on 7/12 the extract. This person has got purchase certificate by his name as required under s.32G of BT&A Act, 1948. This person is going to sell this property. However, his cousin is restricting him to do so and asking for her share and for that purpose she has filed a civil suit against him.
Query_ On the basis of purchase certificate my case will be strong or his cousin is entitled to get her share?

has cousin got any injunction restraining sale of land ?

dont purchase the property till issue is decided .

although seller has got good case on merits the contentions raised by cousin have to be considered before any decision is taken to purchase said land .

case is filed against me..My question is As per S. 32 M..Purchase certificate is issued in favour of me..n none other legal heirs..so theses legal heirs are entitled to get their share or I am the exclusive owner ?

Sir,

Civil case is filed against me..I m in possession of purchase certificate which is issued in favour of me..and there is no other legal heirs on purchase certificate. so are they entitled to get their share ? or i can defense myself on the basis of purchase certificate?
Plz Suggest me..
