Private Ltd Co of it's Authorise Capital 20Lacs & Paid Up Capital 1.5 Lacs only, date of incorporation on 12.01.2012 till the date Annual Return Filling had not yet been done. Pls let us know the late fees amount & other formalities as per Company act.

Dear Mr Samanta,
Pl. confirm whether you are talking about the annual returns under the Companies Act or return under Income Tax Act. My understanding is that you are referring to annual returns under Companies Act. please confirm whether my understanding is correct.
