Maharashtra rent controll act 1999

sir,
i have given my house on leave & licence basis for 22 months for residential. it is duly registered with a clause of one month notice for termination of agreement by eighter party.my licencee did not foollowed the terms & condition of the the said agreement and made structural changes & started using for commercial purpose & also stopped paying licencee fee. so i had no other option other than to terminate the licence before expiry of the period.but even after the notice also the licencee did not vacate the premises. so can i file a case before competant authority u/s 24 or somewherelse as the licence is terminated as per the clause of the agreement.

you have to file case before competent authority for recovery of possession on termination of leave and licensce agreement

Suit for eviction is the only option left.

Send legal notice for eviction, payment for outstanding, damages for structural changes, and for payment as per panel clause if any. If no action file legal suit.
