Whether saturday and sunday leave for cbi court in bangalore

DEAR SIR

I WANT TO KNOW WHETHER ALL SATURDAY EXCEPT SECOND SATURDAY IS WORKING DAY FOR CBI COURT IN BANGALORE;

IF SO ANY DOCUMENT IS THERE TO PROVE THAT ALL CBI COURT'S IN BANGALORE ARE WORKING IN SATURDAY(EXCEPT SECOND SATURDAY)

BECAUSE I AM HAVING A DEPARTMENTAL INQUIRY IN SATURDAY I TOLD THEM THAT I CANNOT ATTEND ON THAT DAY SINCE I AM HAVING COURT HEARING BUT THE INQUIRY OFFICER TELL THAT FOR CBI COURT SATURDAY AND SUNDAY HOLIDAY THEREFORE I WANT TO PROVE HIM BY ANY GOVERNMENT DOCUMENT TO SUPPORT THAT EXCEPT SECOND SATURDAY ALL SATURDAY WHERE WORKING DAY

Why do you want to go in a circuitous route?
If truly you have a hearing before the CBI Court on a Saturday, you know it very well as the Court might have given the date for hearing. Please ensure that your attendance is marked before the CBI Court. That will be the good proof/evidence.

Just because CBI courts may or may not work on Saturdays would not prove anything. For, even if the CBI Court works on Saturday, but you do not have any hearing on that day, your statement that you have a case before CBI Court would be untrue.

Get attendance certificate from the CBI court and produce before the inquiry officer. Vacation departments like courts and teaching institutions observe six-days week, not five days.

Mr Dhingra advised just what I felt like saying.

There cannot be any better evidence than copy of last attendance sheet wherein you have been asked to come on next date.

You appear to have created a shadow of distrust. Normally IO in deptt inquiry do not behave so.

Rather it is in your own interest if adjournment is not given to you despite justified ground.
