Seal of photo registrar meaning ???

(Querist) 08 November 2013 This query is : Resolved
Hello Sir,

This matter belongs to Bangalore Sub registrar office,
I have one sale deed executed in 1997-98, In the last page of sale deed seal (stamp) "Seal of Photo Registrar Bangalore (South) " is there instead of "Seal of Registrar Bangalore (South) ".

this seal deed have original signatures, thumb impressions other detail on the Stamp paper.

If any body have any Idea about this particular seal "Seal of Photo Registrar Bangalore (South) ". kindly let me know, in which circumstances , this seal is being used.

Thanks,
Sheo

No occasion to see such seal. However, in certain case one additional copy of sale deed is registered alongwith original called Musanna.

In some case certified copy is signed as photostate certified.

Serious matter , should be examined in consultation with respective sub registrar.

There is nothing wrong even if the photo registrar is written there instead of registrar. The meaning thereby is same. misprint thereto is not fatal.
