MRS. A IS WINDOW. SHE HAS TWO SONS. BOTH ARE MARRIED. ( SAY X ,Y ,)
MRS.A IS LIVING WITH MARRIED SON X IN A BUILDING. AND Y IS LIVING IN ANOTHER BUILDING.
BUT MR Y IS ATTIAN THE MEETING AND HE IS ALSO
INTERFARE THE BUILDING MATTER WHERE HIS MOTHER LIVING.

WHETHER AS PER THE LAW Y IS HAVING RIGHT TO ATTIAN MEETING & INTERFARE THE ISSUES OF HIS MOTHER BUILDING ?

in whose name is the flat ? if flat is standing in name of mother son has no business in attending annual general meeting of the said society

The Person in whose name the flat is can attend the meeting. You have not mentioned in whose name the flat exist.

Y has no right to attend the meeting unless he is authorized his mother and the society has accepted such permission/proxy.
