Balance payment execution petition

on the day of execution petition before the cdrf on 25 sept 2013,the op has given me Rs.2,45,000.00,out of rs. 2,80,000.00 due to me( Principal Rs.2,00,000 + 12 % interest as per the cdrf award).

the case is now posted on 27 Oct 2013. Now

a) what is to be done,by me for the balance payment of rs35,000.00?i.e any claim to be raised before the cdrf for the balance separately,or the case would be decided based on the original execution petition?

b) am I entitled to get interest for the remaining Rs.35,000.00 from 25 sept 2013,till the date of realisation?

a. The case has already been decided and now the matter remains to get its execution in letter and spirit. You need not do anything now except to persuade for the balance amount with interest.
