Final charge sheet is filed after taking my presentation before the io but bail rejected

Dear Sir,

Kindly advice that session court has rejected my AB in 498a as the IO has filed final charge sheet after taking enquery and investigation with me.and IO did not arrest me.

But, Session court has not mentioned in order that Final charge sheet submitted by IO. only judge taken reference of diary of IO in his order of rejection AB.
Please suggest that, can i file reveiw petition before session court instead of AB petition before High Court or to surrender before the lower court to grant bail to me because investigation is completed in the case.

Kindly suggest what to do ?

After submission of charge sheet, getting bail on surrender becomes quite easy.
You can try this option.
You can alternatively file petition for bail u/s 439 crpc in the high court.

after submitting chargesheet the AB can not be grant because there is no purpose left for AB. file a regular bail petition before trial court with relevant judgments of SC/HC.
