Hi All,
8 Months ago my wife ask me for divorce and my wife went back to their
parents home and through the panchayat, Panchayat has decided to pay Rs 5 Lakh
to her and these 5 lakh rupees are given to panchayat on the same day by us.
Panchayat descide to give these 5 lakh to her after the final descision of court.
we both has sign on stamp paper of Rs 200 in panchayat and we both have submit a application to court through our lawyer
and give statement to Court we are agree on this divorce and descide that my son will live with me. Court give us 7 more months to think about this again .
Now the next date of court is coming,that is on 16 Aug 2013. Now she wants to
come back to me, but i don't want this now. I have a son. He is 7 years old. He is
living with me and i want him also.Please suggest me what can i do and what
legal actions she can take on me or on my family.

If she is willing to come back and is ready to make amends then it is good for all of you at least for the child.
The life is too short to remember the bitter memories. Take this a fresh opportunity and start life afresh.

If your wife do not come present on the next date of hearing before the court, you can do nothing as this is a mutual consent divorce. Consent can be withdrawan at any time during the intervening period.
