Transfer property in society's name

One of our well wisher is willing to provide of his 1 bighas land for our NGO's new school projects. Due to shortage of fund Society / NGo unable to Register the said property. Please advice us the best way to transfer the property in NGO's name & start school project. The property is South 24 PGs, Kultali PS, West Bengal.

Try to get some donation for this purpose from some one else...

Try to collect the donation for the purpose. The funds would also be needed for building and operation of the school.
