Respected sir/madam,
A girl in my friends had proposed me to love her ,I rejected because I know she had many boyfriends and went from her house with his lover and her father brought her to their home using his influence. Days were passed, One day I got call from her that she committed suicide I don’t went, my friend managed situation. After that she committed suicide twice. I wanted to make it to the end. I said all story happened to my parents, my parents and I with my friends went for discussion. She obeyed and she gave promise that she won’t talk to me. This became hot topic to all students of my college. She went away from her house writing a letter on me that I m responsible to her behavior. Her parents called me and get know all the thing that happen. After week she came to their home. Again a discussion with her and me . The discussion ended that we should not talk or even see each other and signed on paper.
Less than a week her Ex-Boyfriend came with his batch and warranted me to love her and marry her, I said I won’t and went away. Later day she kept a case on me attaching highlighting some chatting messages. I was taken by police when Im in class. She kept condition that I should marry her or she will conform the case, I with my parents decided to go with the case because she behaving like a psycho playing according situation. The case filed on me was I used her all by means and left her because of differ in age(she is elder than me) and differ in caste.I filed under IPC 420,417 sections After few days I got Anticipatory Bail ,the judge sir said nothing in this case and gave bail .
Till now 6extensions had made in FAST TRACK COURT, to this august 1 year is to complete there was no charge sheet filed.
Sir/madam please suggest me
1. Can I apply for quash?
2. If not, what was minimum time to get complete the whole case?
3. Is there any lose to me after court had dismissed the case?
4. Can I apply to passport now or I can’t apply it till court made a judgment?

fight case on merits . it may take more than a year . if you are acquitted no loss to you .
you are at liberty to apply for passport .disclose the pending case filed against you

Since the case is false, it will not stand. You need to pursue the matter before the court by insisting the judge to conclude the case early keeping in mind your future.

My last doubt
Can i apply for Govt. jobs and if I get job what should be next step if case not disclosed and if case was disclosed.

You can apply for the government jobs. Normally if there is a column in the application form asking if you are convicted of any crimes, you have to say no.
If they ask in interview, it is always better that you disclose it clearly so that later there is no allegation that you have hidden potent information.
Till conviction, you are innocent.
SO dont worry.
Try to get the court case settled as early as possible. Take the services of a good criminal advocate.

Terrible situation for you, at this stage better not to go for Quashing Petition, as it will irk the police and they may file a false Chargesheet against you.
for the purpose of govt. job and other legal documents, you will be required to mention the pending criminal case against you.

Prove she was a loose girl, and blackmailing you for forcible marriage.
Accepting such girl for marriage is biggest risk.
Be away from her. no communication.
Let her produce all chat, no problem, demand from her, how many boys you were chatting??
