Insolvency prtition

(Querist) 13 July 2013 This query is : Resolved 
i have filed insolvency petition on 27 july 2009 in court pending for adjudication. meanwhile ex-parte arbitration award is passed in favour of one the creditor in june 2009. now that creditor has filed application as regular darkhast in another court in april 2013 for attachment of property.the said creditor is not appeared in insolvency petition in spite of receiving notice of insolvency petition. what are the steps to be taken in in this case ?
