Regarding khariz dakhil lucknow

I had purchase land in December 2012 in vill-Amausi whick comes under governance of Lucknow nagar nigam.It was agricultural land and property dealer has sold land in per sq ft.,(generally agricultural land is sold in hectares).On asking he told land is under nagar nigam it can be sold like this and no need for land use change u can make house on it.Sir till now dakhil khariz had not been done. Sir my query is can dere be any problem in khariz dakhil for agricultural land if it is in sq ft and secondly can registry of land done if it disputed

The land can be sold in Sqft or Sq Yard or Acres and Guntas or Hectares,but the land should be converted from agriculture to commercial or residential use. Registry can be done if there is any land dispute. It is the duty of the purchaser to find out the property to be purchased is clear.

You have not written the reason of non entry in Dakhil-kharij register without which no concrete suggestion can be given except to approach Tehsildar for the entry.

Apply for mutation(dakhil khariz) every truth shall come out on it's own.

You should try to get the mutation done in your favor, you will know the any objection as advised by the expert prabhakar singh ji.
