Collection recovery

Dear Experts,
I was emplooyed in UAE, and few liabilities there with the bank and i lost my job,hence i had to come back to india.Now the banks in UAE has directed the collections in india to recover the money.Im not currently having the resource to fulfill that now.So i wanted to know what rights does a uae bank has here to recovery money from defaulters in india.

its depend on agreement executed between you and bank.

Agreed it depends upon the agreement between you and the Bank. If legally the Bank proceed to recover through court, it has to proceed as per procedure of the Indian Courts and not of UAE
