Court fees at delhi high court

Dear Sir,
we are very confused on court fees the same shall be applicable on sale deeds amount or circle rate.Please clarify the civil suit will be filled on Delhi High Court.The total cost of sold aggriculture land is 4.10 cr in sale deed. We want to file a fresh suit in delhi high court for cancelation of sale deed and i want to know the cost of court fees which shall applicale sale deed amount or circle rate.

search through google about court fee and stamp duty

you have to see court fees act of delhi state . it would depend upon the value of proprty .contact a local lawyer

There is nothing like confusion as the court fees would be payable advolerum on the consideration shown on the sale deed and not on circle rate on which stamp duty was paid but amount of the court fees can be ascertained from state court fees Act only.
