My brother inlaw (nri-singapore) he is not take to with him family.

Dear sirs,
my Sister & her husband ,family(2 kids) thay stayed before singapore after some days he bring his family to india. And he told to my sister i will come take again.But till now he didnt take to his family to singapore since sep 2011.Now she is staying in my home.
what is procedure ? how to i have to put case against him? tell me i'm waiting for reply ......

file complaint against him under DV act and ask for maintenance , right to stay in matrimonal home , compensation .

file a complaint with Women Girevance Cell against NRi husband . his passport can be impounded

Your sister can file suit herein India for restitution of conjugal rights. She can apply fr maintenance both for herself and for the children as well.
