Time limit to file review petition in dv case for interim maintenance

Dear experts,
is there any time limit to file a review petition under section 29 of DV act for interim maintenance?

There is no provision for Review under PWDV Act though you can pray for modification u/s 25 of the Act.

Yes, 30 days but u can file appeal and not
review petition.

Yes there is no provision for review under PWDV Act. You can pray for modification order u/s 25 of the Act. You can go for revision or appeal within the specific time. In case of delay. File the codonation of delay petition with the appeal or revision petition

Thirty days for filing appeal. There is no provision for revision in this act. Against interim order you have to prefer appeal which is practically revision.
