who is bailiff what are his duties. eviction orders passed by court are not honoured by tenant. ihave been asked to apply for appointment of bailiff. to get eviction order enforced.

A bailiff is court AMIN to execute orders and decrees of the court on the spot.

You need to deposit some prescribed amount as his charges in Naziraat of court by tender.
