My mediation was going on in women cell with my wife but on second date my wife refused for further mediation and had submitted the application for registering case against me under Section 498A & 406.....
Now I wanna ask you one thing does the IO(Investigating Officer) in women cell has got power to make light report against me so that I can easily quash the allegations in the court under the aforesaid sections if I offered good amount to IO for this????????????? If yes then what should be the the language of report should I told IO to make for against me???????????????

It will not affect much.
I always says 99% of 498 cases fails as false.
If you really committed 498, and need be defended well, and your wife have substantial proof, you may not leave any stone upturned.

There is no light and heavy report . you pepole will bribe police as much as but will notpay fee for lawyers for legal advise . consult lawyer and dont believe police.

Yes Mr.Sajed,
I have this experience.
People pay big amount as bribe to police even though there is no use. But will do bargainning with us regarding fees eventhough we help them come out on bail.

If charge sheet is submitted then there is no question of 'heavy or light' report.

If this queriest is getting the police report manipulated by paying bribe then he should hve not hve share this information on the interner he lettle reaslied that :-
(i) opposite side laywer if member here can link the facts and get him broken to the knewws in cross-examination.
(ii) If a senior police officer sees this blog there can be DE against the said police ofifcer and he be a witness.

Don't give bribes.
Most investigative reports are nothing just reproduction of FIR anyways.
