Solvency certificate

Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 23 January 2012 This query is : Resolved
Hello,
I have submitted solvency certificate.property is frm gujarat and court has given permission to accept it but this time whn i went to visit IO one of the peon was asking me that we have to goto check ur property in gujarat so who will pay for travelling.
my question is ....is he asking for bribe indirectly?who goes for verification - court ppl, police or they just co-ordinate with Gujarat police n get it verified.what shall i reply that peon.

Also my certificate said its valid for one month so is it that i have to submit it in one month or it needs to be renewed after one month as i dnt knw whn court will visit them.

Peon is no way concerned. When it is valid for one month, you have submit it within the due date.

Dear Rajeev Sir,
Thanks for replying.
I am sorry peon as in constable it IO's Office.
We have submitted it within the due date so its nt validity of the certificate right?

As the court has already accepted it then your duty ends. It is now upon the police authorities to go and verify your property. This is the legal system but if you are in urgent need and require the things to be done as per your whims and wishes then no comments .

Raj Sir,
I am not in emergency but that constable at police office was asking for travelling money.is it their duty or do we need to pay it legally? or was he trying to get some bribe that way.wat shd i reply him next time when i go to visit my IO.Do i need to inform my IO abt this?

If the court has ordered, then obviously it is the duty of the police to go and verify. You do not need to pay the travelling expenses of the police.

rightly advised above.
Raj Kumar Makkad (Expert) 23 January 2012
It is not your duty to provide them traveling expenses. This is the system of State to incur expenses.
prabhakar singh (Expert) 23 January 2012
IT IS NONE OF YOUR DUTY.
STATE SHALL PAY HIM TA N DA FOR THIS PURPOSE.
ON HIS PART IT'S A TWO WAY TRAFFIC,GET TWO BUT EXPEND ONE.
