How to open security guard agency as a pvt. ltd co

Dear Sir/Madam

I belongs to Chandigarh (UT)and presently having an office in mohali(Punjab and residing in Mohali.I just want to start a pvt ltd co.in regards to Security Guard Agency. please let me know how it can be start and from i have to start from.. either from chandigrah or Mohali?

if you are operating from MOhali , residing at mohali have the registered office of pvt ltd compnay in Mohali

yes., its just a private limited company., just you need to register your company properly..

You can register your company anywhere in India.

Yes you can if it firm then registerd under register of firm and security. And submit to thos limit police commissior office
