on government land 30 yrs of possession without any interference is required to genrate an easement right.

It shall depend upon the policy of the State Goveernment. You should enquire from the revenue department of CG about regularisation of long possession over State land.

Enjoy possession till somebody having better title claims it.

Sharad rightly hinted you,
You claim it is in your possession, use and having adverse poss for over 30 years, and as adjoining , u know, no one else entered or use it except you, and you filled it, spent on it, improvised the said plot.
SO IT IS YOURS.

Do not try to file any suit, even after 30 years you would not be able to claim possession on the basis of simple fencing and works of stray nature.First orally inquire about the nature of land records to ascertain owner and if government is owner then first be sure that it can be settled with you and is not reserved for any public purpose. If it can not be settled with you the better make some construction to prove hostile adverse possession after 30 years.
