My earlier query has already been solved by you people expert and i get to know that i have to draft the letter to the opposite party against whom order has been passed by the court which i have drafted below please see and correct me if i am wrong any where.

This letter is regarding to Consumer Case No 263/99 filed in the year 1999 by Mr. Sudarshan Singh and Mrs Veena Sudarshan Singh against you BEFORE THE HONOURABLE STATE CONSUMER DISPUTES REDRESSAL COMMISSION MUMBAI in which order has been passed by the Hon’ble on ________ and a copy of the order is herewith enclosed. Hence Immediate necessary action is required to be taken by you.
Necessary action may kindly be taken from your side.

Yes it is alright except you need to mention a time frame e within which the addressee need to comply the order in default of which you may file the e execution case.

"Hence Immediate necessary action is required to be taken by you." substitute it as:

"Hence you are hereby requested to comply with terms of the order with in 7 days from the receipt of this notice failing which i have instructions to file execution petition BEFORE HONORABLE COMMISSION"
