Can a civil suit be filed in the court

1) without signing the plaint and
2) without any affidavit

Is it authenticated/legal

NO. its barred by C.P.C. and will be rejected under Order 7 Rule 11.as pleadings are to be signed as per order 6 rule 14 of CPC

yes i agree that no suit can be filed without being signed . the suit will not be numbered at all
