Dear Sir
If any wife earn higher income then husband and she file maintenance petition how to appose this. Any judgement are available for this case?

the maintinance u/s 125 is applicable only when the wife is not mentain herself, if she is able to mentain then no need to maintinance

but same time the husband only proved that she is working and get more then salary then me.

The proof of more income of the wife is sufficient enough and no precedent is needed.

If you prove before the court that your wife earns more than you court will not grant her any maintenance.
