Dear All,
Good Morning,
I have one query, Yesterday i bought two stamp paper of Rs. 100/- each, at the time of buying I am not going with my company stamp so I bought this papers on my name, but this papers required for making agreement between management & union, so please give me expert advice should we used same paper for company official purpose, else, what personally I dont need this stamp paper.
Kindly suggest at the earliest.

stamp paper has to be in name of company or union if agreement is entered into between company and union .

Mr. Sethi has already advised you rightly.
Stamp paper bought in your name can not be used for the purpose stated ,buy a next one.
Keep the bought in your name you can use it in future by any time or you can get it refunded also with in 3or6{not remembering for sure}from date of purchase.

No value of purchased stamp in your name for said agreement. You have to purchase new stamp papers in the name of Company or Union.

U cannot use it for the Co. unless U R an advocate & have bought the two stamp papers as an advocate.

I will return the same stamp papers to concerned Stamp Vendor & will take refund of my money.

Stamp vendor would not refund the money. You have to claim refund at ADM(F&r) office.

1. The stamp papers shall be in the name of any of the parties
2.To buy stamp papers you dot need ur co rubber stamp
3.You can not return the paper to the stamp vendor and he cannot refund the amount
4. For refunding, a commission shall be collected by the government.
5. The expenditures to be made for refunding of Rs. 100/- shall be more than what you will be refunded.
In light of the above, you are advised to make alteration in the endorsement by the stamp vendor.

In this situation, you only can represent your firm.

Get refund of the stamp duty, on surrendering the stamp paper and if nothing was written in it. Purchase fresh stamp paper in the name of the company or the union for the purpose cited.
