first you disclose your name and ask , that is good manner ,
yes your father have full right subject that property bought his own/self earning

my elder brother create the problem at time house sale and also many lawyer advised, that first my father transfer the property to my mother name, after sale the house without any problem.....please advise.....

Ihave given the reply at your original post .If your father is absolute owner he can sale it to any body and none in the world including his sons daughters or wife can check his hands.

Hope you are talking of house in Merut.

Dear Experts,

My father had a house in meerut. I have One Elder brother and two elder sisters. My parents lives with my elder brother and had bad relations with his parents. I live in Faridabad. My parents are debtiess paients. I want to shift my parent in faridabad and My father want to sale this house but my brother not want to sale this house.

Please advise what is the law of father property.

Is your father alone the owner of the house by purchase or he has inherited it from his father?

If he has inherited from his father then was it a purchase by his father or his father got it from his father??

Without these facts no proper advise is possible.

Then in such a case where the house proposed to be sold solely belong to your father none of as sons or as daughters or your mother or any body in the world can check his hands and he being absolute owner is FREE TO SALE IT TO ANY BODY HE LIKES IS MY FINAL ANSWER.
