Salary and other emoluments

Dear Sir,
I have joined in one pvt. Ltd. Company in the month of March 2010. There is no joining formalities in that company like appointment order, Joining report and other. They have paid me the salary through bank ECS. They have deducted the EPF from my salary from the month of June, 2010.
I have given the resignation letter in the month of July 2011 and i left in the month of August 2011 ( my notice period is 25 days). There is no relieving formalities also in that company like final settlement and other. Before the day of relieving they said they will clear all my dues but they have not cleared my dues. I has to get the following emoluments from the company is
1. salary
2. Leave encashment
3. Incentive for one month
4. Bonus for FY 2010-2011 (provision has been created in the Financial Statements and)
5. Bonus foy FY 2011-12
Kindly suggest me how to get all my emoluments from the company

issue legal notice to company mentioning aforesaid facts and request them to clear the dues within period of 15 days failing which you will initate legal proceedings for recovery of your outstanding dues

Dear Ajay Ji,
One i have sent a mail and 4 reminder mails too, to the company Accounts Manager and HR Manager including MD also, but they have not been responded.

Sir, one more thing i forgot to tell you that i have mailed a resignation letter i mentioned kindly release all my emoluments such are pf,salary, incentive and other. After that at the time of relieving from the organization i was given one more resignation letter on the request of Accounts Manager and i was not mentioned specific dues, I was mentioned any clear all my dues and i was given in one signed calculation sheet only for salary, incentive leave encashment. I was not enclosed Bonus issue on that calculation whether i can get the bonus from the company. If yes can i get the procedure.
( Bonus provision was created in the books of accoun ts of the company)

company is accepted to pay the amount on 3rd of October. Kindly suggest if they are not paid the bonus amount how can i get the bonus. please give me suggestion after reading of the above mail.
