Need some advice on the cost and procedure involved in a release deed of property in case of a divorce

There is no separate procedure for execution and registration of release deed in the event of divorce.
The stamp duty and registration charges differs from sate to sate.

Mr. Barman is right,the usual procedure would be applicable and duty payable according to state law and in UP ladies get some discount of duty not available to gents.
