THE PARTIES TO MOVE AN APPLICATION BEFORE THE COURT FOR APPOINTMENT OF ARBITRATOR.

Yes under section 11 of the Act the party may move to the court for appointment of arbitrator.

what is the clause in your agreement ? does it mention number of arbitrators to be appointed . if its sole arbitrator and parties do not agree you will hav eto move an application to court for appointment of srbitrator
