Sir,
Todays era what is better goverment service or a high pay private job.

2ndly what is tha criteria for to be a non creamy layer for women.is there any goverment resolution for the women

Government Job is better whereas in any Pvt job irrespective of your cost to company you will be shown the doors if you do not fit into their business scheme of things. Job security is more assured in any Government Service unlike in Private Sector.

Not merely job security but also extra legal income is the main attraction in govt jobs.

Nothing can be definitely said whether Govt. job is better or a private. There are both merits and demerits in both the services. A well qualified and well educated person joining the Govt. job is seen lazy, undisciplined, corrupt immediately after his joining in govt. job whereas the position in private sector is entirely different. Private sector pays more than public sector. It is also seen that unefficient and incompetent persons succed in holding Govt. jobs but this is not possible in private sector. There are various other points in this vast discussion. In nutshell, it depends upon the mentality of a person whether he wants job security by hook or crook or chellenges in life.

2. creamy layer limit has already been prescribed by GOI.

For some govt job is better because even without working you will get the payment and hike in salary, extra income no threat of retrenchment. Dont care job.
But in the private it is difficult.
If you want to see your wife happy join govt., job because before 5-30 or even before that you can go home

Why think of any government job or private job, be an enterpreneur yourself. You will either flourish or perish depending upon whether you are efficient or inefficient.
