Sir, I got divorce from my first life. Then I remarried a girl who is also divorced with a children. After second marriage, she (present wife) is not interested for child birth and declined for child birth with me and not interested with me for sexual life.
Now one year gone after remarriage. She fooled me after the remarriage. She is an govt employee. But She is not interested to dissolve life with me legally.
I am totally worried and I married only for peaceful life with children. I planned to approach the court again for divorce. Is it advisable or not, please guide me, since I working in govt sector.

You can spend peaceful life with your second wife's children. What is the harm? Had she promised you to bear with your children and now refused, if you think that she has fooled you. You could have settled terms before marriage to ensure not getting fooled. However, you are free to divorce her also. You can file a suit for contested divorce, if she is not willing for mutual consent divorce. But be sure, mere filing a divorce does not ensure grant of divorce.

Refusal for marital sexual relationship without any reason is good ground of divorce on the basis of cruelty.
However to prove this charge you require sufficient evidence.
You should approach for marriage mediation and counseling where this issue should be pleaded and discussed, complete recording of the mediation and conciliatory sessions should be maintained and that can be used as a relevant piece of evidence in the Family Court to prove charges of sexual relationship with your wife.
This is the best way to resolve the issue, either she will agree with your demand or will record her evidence for refusal of the relationship which help you to get dissolution of marriage later on.

Engage a local prudent lawyer and proceed for annulment of marriage if you did not establish your physical relation after marriage as stated by you.
However, if the marriage has been consummated (you had sex with the new bride) you will have to file divorce case on the ground of cruelty.
Meanwhile enjoy the company of the child brought by her (your present wife) in dowery.
