Can I file a divorce, if my wife does not listen to me?

What is the procedure?

How can I prove that I am sexually dissatisfied by her?

she doesn't listen to you. It is not the ground for divorc

If non-listening causes you mental cruelty then you can opt for divorce. It all depends upon factual details.Simple non-listening can not be ground for divorde.

best thing you may get doctor certificate that she is not interest to consummation of sex so she is not like to sexual intercourse.

Sexual dissatisafction is no ground for divorce.

Unless it is mental cruelty, no ground of divorce is made out.

Yes sexual dissatisfaction is indeed a good ground for divorce.

However not listening to you may not be a ground for divorce unless those disobedience are fatal to the smooth maintaining the marital relations.

merely because your wife does not obey your every command is no ground for divorce . she is your wife and not necessary that she obeys your commands all the time .

you have stated that you are sexually disasatisfied ? does she not agree to have sex with you ? if she refuses to have sexual intercourse with you that can be a ground .

but if she agrees to have sex and yet you are not satisfied then i doubt you can sue her for diovrce
