Hello sir,
My father has a shop that is registered on my grandfather's name.bt my father sit in d shop since 1957.now my father's brothers and sisters want to divide the shop among them.Now wt should we do?
Meri ek bua expire ho chuki hai bt her family demands her share

Is your grandfather alive? If No..
then did he execute any will? If No..
Then the property shall be divided among all the successors including the family of your deceased Bua.
