while preparation of will keep certian safeguards in mind
1) appoint an executor whom you trust
2) clearly mention complete details of your immoveable properties and whom you want to inherit
3) as far as your moveable properties are concerned mention details to whom you desire to bequeath
4) have will attested by 2 witnesses
5) have will duly registered .
6) consult a local lawyer
7) not advisable to post complete details of all your properties online

I am very happy to receive responses to help me on my draft will. I prepared the same adding maximum details to ensure clarity and consulted a Chartered Accountant. I need to get the help from a legal angle and hence this mail and request.

I have gone through the contents of the will. I have certain comments added to the will, please go through them, further I suggest that the will be drafted in very plain & simple language so as to avoid ambiguity and it should reflect your true intentions.
