Dear sir,
My gift deed case is going on and i am the defendant in this case and i always watching case staus by ecourt app.

The important thing is so far i didn't receive summon from court and yesterday the case was come to hearing and today i have contacted my lawyer and he said since summon have not served to you i have get the copies directly from court.

But in ecourt app i have seen like this D1 TO D4 called written statement on 25/02/2020 as LC NFA.

Really i could not understand this meaning therefore kindly explain me.

Dear Sir,
You cannot believe online data as it will be in short form in most cases only default informations will be uploaded. Since because you are advocate accepted summons on your behalf as such you are supposed to file written statement on 25.02.2012.

As per facts submitted by you, your lawyers says that because of non-summoning of you, he has not put his appearance. If so, how the order-sheet mentions something otherwise?

The order-sheet describes that on calling the defendants no. 1 to 4, appeared and now case is fixed for 25 Feb for filing their written statement. There is some flaw in between both the statements. Clarify from your own lawyer.

I endorse opinion and advise of experts.
LC NFA is a local abbreviation, which your lawyer can tell you.

If you have lost faith in your lawyer it is advisable to change him/ her immediately, consult and engage another prudent lawyer for appreciation of facts/ documents, professional guidance and necessary proceeding

Instead of fully depending on your lawyer or the ecourts app, you may better visit the court in person and get to know the status of the case, if at all there was any representation made on your behalf without your authorisation, you may give a memo before the court stating that you have not authorised any advocate to represent you in this cae, hence if at all there is anyone who is doing so, it will not bind you and since you came to know about the case you are appearing in person and seek time to appoint a lawyer to file a written statement.
You cannot remain silent on the developments thinking that there is an error ion the ecourts posting, this may become fatal to your defence.
You can take the assistance of another advocate who can supply you the relevant information.
