Guest (Querist) 13 October 2014 This query is : Resolved
Dear Sir,

My father was died(Dated 08-08-2010)due to some health issue. He was employed in tribal-department as Fourth class employee. After some time i applied for the compensatory appointment for me,but department suggest me you will continue your study (that days i am studied in B.E. 2nd year) and they gave "Temporary compensatory appointment" (as per appointment letter dated 30-11-2010) my Mother as Fourth-Class(same post) and she was joined and continue their job till present time.
Now,I want to claim for the Compensatory appointment in place of Temporary-Compensatory-appointment as per my Qualification (B.E. Graduate).Have any rule for claim in this situation or suggest me what to do ???

Regard's ,

You have no claim left for compensatory appointment as your mother had primary claim and she was adjusted.

Compassionate appointment will be given for one person per family. As your mother got the job, you dont have the chance.

But, if your mother got permanent and gets relieved due to medical grounds, you have chance to get compassionate appointment as the legal heir of your mother.

A lot of misconceptions.

DEATH OF FATHER

compassionate job stands granted to your mother and the chapter closes. should feel lucky

TEMPORARY STATUS

each worked joins as temporary and is confirmed after completion of probation which includes even IA/IPS officers also.

Many daily wagers run from pillar to post to get this status. you mother is a regular employee

ILL HEALTH OF MOTHER

unless your mother is relieved from job (after medical board not merely she opting to resign on health ground) having found unfit to continue, your case cannot be considered for compassionate job.

BE QUALIFICATION

Your qualification is absolutely irrelevant for compassionate job. All that is relevant that if you are not 8th pass you will not be considered for pot of peon and above and if you are matric then can be considered for lowest clerical post, if you posses other qualification [i.e. type test for LDC]

Inspite of being matric (+) there is no guarantee of getting clerical white collar job. If no such vacancy is there (5% of DR quota for the year) any post can be offered to you [i.e. khalasi/ waterman / lskar / fatigueman/ aafaiwala / gardner / cook /waiter etc] and if you refuse such post the compassionate appointment case is over.

So I will suggest the the matter is not worth investing energy for a qualified person like you.

In any case you try elsewhere on merit you are likely to get (unless holding degree for namesake) more than the maximum you could get from the compassionate job, if at all getting. If your plan fails you mother will be jobless again.

I fully agree with the expert advice of Mr.Sudhir Kumar.

the compassionate ground appointment was already availed by one person of your family, it cannot be given to each and every person who will upgrade their educational qualification, do not be under any misguidance and better look for an appointment suiting to your educational qualification.
