Procedure to ask previous owners of a property to vacate

(Querist) 17 August 2014 This query is : Resolved
Hello,

I wish to know the legal procedure to ask previous owners of a property to vacate after the property has purchased by the new owners.
Also, are the laws for the same subject different on the basis of the price of the property (say more than Rs. 1 crore)?

Looking forward to experts' help.

Thank you.

No procedures. Simply ask.
If they don't vacate then approach the police.

Yes, I have just purchased the property in Maharashtra. Is there a legal procedure to ask previous owners to vacate?
I was told that the procedure depends upon the price of the property.

how can you make full payment without taking delivery of possession . generally when agreement is regd and full payment is made vacant possession is handed over to purchaser . request seller to hand over immediate possession of property

Well advised nothing more to add except ask the previous owner to hand over possession of property.
