General power of attorney against vehicle (truck)

Dear sir/madam please provide information regarding GPA against Vehicle(truck)If I GPA to someone person of my Truck(vehicle) for take care,attend court,Rto,Thana,operate Drivers,except to be sold. then
1.What is the time limit of GPA?
2.Is it would be valid for life time or Have any time limit ?

If the Principal is silent about the time limit then the GPA shall be in force as long as either of the parties are alive or the ruck is in existence.
He hence can fix a time limit for GPA.

Yes, there is no time limit of GPA until it is rescined or either of the parties die.

No time limit if not specifically mentioned in GPA. It ends on the death of principal or agent or destruction of the truck in this case.
