(Querist) 25 July 2013 This query is : Resolved 
Sir.plf.file asuit against state of up for injuction to restrain def. to not make path on plf.land stay granted inspite of grant def.made culvert and path.plf. Seeks amendment for mandetary order to remove the construction and soil from land with alternative relief that if it is not possiblf rs.2lakh be awared as cost of land court fee shall be paid at the time of execution amendment allowed. Thereafter court pass order to pay court fee on rs.2lakh. Whether order is just. If not what way is open to plf.

order is just . you have amended your plaint and sought damages of Rs 2 lakhs . you have to pay court fees on reliefs sought by you

Court fee is to be paid on claim for damages sought in amended plaint.
