Sir mera abhi domicile certificate abhi nahi bana aur main Mumbai se hun aur up me study kr raha hun , after study
Domicile Mumbai se banane me problems to nahi hogi

Sir mera do state me ration card nahi hai but dono state ke ration card me name. Hai
Then it's legal or not legal pls sir tell me
