Interim stay order has granted in dvc then

(Querist) 31 October 2013 This query is : Resolved 
THE DVC CASE HAS BEEN REGISTERS ON THE SISTERS AND ANOTHERS.
SISTERS FILED QUASH PETITION U/S 482 CRPC AND THEY GOT INTERIM STAY ORDER IS:"ISSUE NOTICE TO RESPONDENTS.LEARNED COUNSEL FOR THE PETITIONERS IS PERMITTED TO TAKE OUT PERSONAL NOTICE TO RESPONDENTS 2 AND 3 BY REGISTERED POST WITH ACK DUE AND FILE PROOF OF SERVICE."
Q1.OUR ADVOCATE SENT NOTICE TO THE RESPONDENTS BUT IT WAS RETURNED THAT THE REASON IS WRONG ADRESS WHICH ADRESS IS CORRECT AND IT IS IN THE COMPLAINT WRITTEN BY COMPLAINANT.
A. WE ARE FILED THE ORDER COPY IN THE LOWER COURT .STAY PERIOD IS SIX WEEKS ONLY.AND WE ARE EXTENDED THE STAY WHICH WAS GRANTED.
IF THEY ARE NOT RECEIVING THE NOTICES AND MAINTAINIG THE POSTMEN.
1. THEN WHAT WE HAVE TO DO.
2. WHAT STEPS WE HAVE TO BE TAKEN.
Q2.IF THEY ARE NOT RECEIVED THE NOTICE WHEN THE QUASH PETITION ALLOWED AND IN THIS CIRCUMSTANCES WETHER QUASH PETITION ALLOWED OR NOT.

In the given situation, a request should be made to the high court to summon the respondent through publication of the notice in news-paper at your cost.
