How do i find out the correct price for sale of pagdi property?

My family has been living in a Pagdi property for 60 years. It is a two storey villa in Bandra, Mumbai. We occupy the downstairs.

I want to know how do I assess what is that correct price to charge for the sale of pagdi to the buyer?

Can someone please guide me?

It is a matter of tenant, owner of property and the person who want to get the property.

discuss with local property dealer.

But is there any established rule as to what percentage of the total property value can be charged by the tenant to the new purchaser?
