I want to convert my agriculture land to non agriculture

I have a land of 23 guntha's at Buldhana (Maharashtra state) district.
It comes under rural area, which i want to convert into non agriculture, i don't know the procedure, some peoples are saying it is very pathetic. Really need some expert help.

Author, as it is under Rural area, you shall submit an application to the RDO of your area for conversion the land to site/non-agrl by paying necessary government fees. consult in the tahsil office for details. you can apply through the tahsildar concerned or directly to the RDO. it will take some time but not a long time.
