Hi Experts,

How many working days will take for the court to remove my parents from Dv act for valid reasons, if petition filed in HC today?

File petition u/s 205 crpc to exempt them from attending day to day proceeding.
It is not easy to remove their name.

your parents need not attend court on every date . make application for exemption from personal appearance

Hi Experts,

My parents is not appearing in all dates. I dont want them to go on trial like cross examine.because its false case. May i file Quash petition in FAST TRACK court in chennai HC? Will fast track court send notice to wife in week time or month of time to appear for hearing?

Sorry Experts fro prev query. As googled that fast track courts are district courts and not equivalent to HC.

For quashing you have to move to HC.Try your luck there.
